In an unfortunate mishap, the company mismanaged these sensitive documents, resulting in their unintended exposure on the internet. Initially flagged by Gamers Nexus, the leaked data comprised personal details such as names, addresses, and contact information, putting affected customers at risk of identity theft and other malicious activities. The data was mistakenly uploaded to a publicly accessible file server.
