A recent report by known Apple insider Mark Gurman suggests that the company is planning to launch Vision Pro headset sometime in March 2024.
The $3,499 headset is expected to arrive in the US first and might be launched in Canada and the UK late 2024.

While the tech giant has already finalised the hardware, it is said that the company is now focusing on VisionOS, the OS that will power the headset.

The report also suggests that the Vision Pro is in the final stages of testing and that Apple is working on planning to make specially designed experience areas in retail stores.

The Vision Pro is an AR headset that looks like ski goggles and blends real and digital worlds. The headset has a 4K display for each eye and 12 cameras.

Powered by the M2 processor, the same chipset Apple uses on Macs, Vision Pro also features a R1 chip to display content without lag.

However, like other VR products, the headset requires an external battery pack that will last around 2 hours on a single charge.
