There are some fantastic Labor Day TV deals going on right now, even though Labor Day is a few weeks away. In particular, we’ve spent the time to pick out the highlights among the many OLED TV deals happening today. There are some great ways to save big on the latest OLED technology, which is one of the best ways to enjoy a cinematic experience at home. Read on while we take you through our pick of the early Labor Day OLED TV deals that are out now.

Best Labor Day OLED TV deals to shop right now

Samsung 65-inch S90C OLED TV — $1,600, was $2,600

While LG is a bigger name in the OLED TV world, Samsung still makes some of the best OLED TVs. The Samsung 65-inch S90C is a great example of that. It uses Quantum HDR OLED which offers AI deep learning to analyze each scene before detecting areas that should be brighter, darker, or simply richer. It also has Pantone Validated colors while Motion Xcelerator Turbo Pro ensures silky smooth pictures with no motion blur. Listen out for great sound thanks to Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound Lite as well. This TV will look great in all living rooms.

LG 65-inch C4 Series OLED TV — $1,998, was $2,700

As one of the best TV brands, LG knows how to make fantastic TVs. With the LG 65-inch C4 OLED TV, you get great features like Dolby Vision and a dedicated Filmmaker Mode so that the image looks just how the filmmaker wants it to look. There’s also Brightness Booster which magnifies each individual pixel for exceptional quality, while a dedicated game mode keeps players happy. The TV’s a9 AI processor Gen7 powers proceedings right down to AI Super Upscaling which automatically enhances picture quality with whatever you’re watching.

Sony 65-inch Bravia XR A95L QD-OLED TV — $2,949, was $3,300

The Sony 65-inch Bravia XR A95L QD-OLED TV is a gorgeous looking TV promising Sony’s brightest and widest range of colors and hues. Its QLED-OLED screen has been enhanced with XR Triluminos Max so you get high brightness and great OLED blacks too. Other features like XR Clear Image and XR 4K Upscaling mean whatever you’re watching looks fantastic. There are also exclusive features for PlayStation 5 owners like Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode, while movie watching is improved through Netflix Adaptive Calibrated Mode and IMAX Enhanced. Even sound is great thanks to Acoustic Surface Audio+ and Dolby Atmos support.

Samsung 77-inch S90D OLED TV — $2,998, was $3,700

The Samsung 77-inch S90D OLED TV offers some advanced OLED features. That includes OLED HDR+ which provides superior brightness and rich contrast thanks to the TV analyzing each scene to boost the brightness and improve image clarity. There’s also Real Depth Enhancer which mirrors how the human eye processes depth by increasing the foreground contrast so it looks more realistic. The colors are also Pantone-validated and there’s Motion Xcelerator Turbo+4 for the least amount of motion blur imaginable. It all comes together to provide a truly gorgeous looking picture which is supported by Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound Lite for a better audio experience.

When do Labor Day OLED TV sales start?

As you can see, Labor Day sales are underway already. While Labor Day itself isn’t until September 2, that hasn’t stopped retailers commencing with their sales early. Typically, we see Labor Day sales joining up together with back-to-school sales so you can see a lot of discounts on a lot of different products and that includes OLED TVs. So, the short answer is that you can find Labor Day OLED TV sales now as you can see above. However, the full answer is longer than that and a little more complicated.

That’s because timing is everything. It’s useful to think about when is the best time to buy even during the next few weeks. Generally, the deals we’ve picked out above are incredibly unlikely to get any cheaper than they already are. When it comes to other deals though, it seems likely that we’ll see more emerge nearer the big day. It all depends on what kind of TV you’re looking for and if you’re willing to hold out for the full complement of offers. Essentially, keep an eye on all the sales happening now and if you see something you love, don’t be afraid to buy sooner rather than later.

Should you shop Labor Day TV deals or wait until Black Friday?

Talking of timing, should you buy now or should you wait until Black Friday? Labor Day TV deals certainly look tempting but on the other hand, we all know that Black Friday tends to reap the biggest discounts of the year.

Much of what to do depends on if you’re able to wait. If your TV has just died or you’re in desperate need of an upgrade, it makes sense to buy now from one of the Labor Day TV sales rather than wait until Black Friday. Black Friday might only be a few months away but that can be a long time if it means no good TV time.

You should also think about your finances. Generally, we all feel a little overwhelmed financially over the holidays season. You need to account for buying gifts, plenty of festive food, and maybe even plan for travel as well. Around Labor Day, those demands are likely to be less so which means that buying now could be a much smarter move.

There’s no one answer to this. Instead, think about what works best for your situation. Only you know what you can afford and when the best time is, as well as how urgently you need a TV. Have a good think before you commit.
